This is an honest feedback about this company.
I joined this company as a fresher and I believe this is the worst company in the entire universe. I worked here for 3.5 yrs and I do not have a single good memory. Its is the most unfriendly company. Here Managers and Leads treat you like slaves, insult you. The work we are made to do is so clerical. I think even a 10th Standard Fail student can do the kind of the work in TechM. Its so repetitive.
And then when you want to grow and work on different technologies you are being discouraged and insulted. And then comes the working hours policy. Its compulsory 9.5 hours. And when you reason with them about this policy change comes their standard reply "Its according to industry standards". In all other companies its 9 hrs and flexible. No proper Appraisal and increment cycle. No wonder, the attrition rate over here is worst. Many people are resigning on daily basis.
Overall, if you ever get an offer from this company, don't go for it. Everything is worst, right from facilities, work environment, work culture, policies etc .
