Tech Mahindra actually bought Satyam for rock-bottom price during downturn, they fired all associates in matter of few months and started building their own brand with misleading campaigns like RISE and so on. I have worked in Engineering Services Division (IES) Mahindra Satyam and supported a US MNC design work.
Salary: Minimum 30 percent less salary than market rate (benchmark is TCS)
Very bad benefits-
If you are working in MSDC, electronic city they check your whole body everyday as if you are a suicide bomber. Pay for Tea coffee, no tissue papers in bath rooms, stinking toilets at MSDC, torn sofas in main lobby, dirt and mud in sofas, no cleaning, rats eat computer wires, etc etc
HR is III rate they only motive is to go for cheap labor preferably thrown out of other companies and offer salary as low as 2/3 lacs and mint 15 lacs by billing (700 percent profit to Mahindra Group). Engineering services is eroding very fast thanks to TCS, WIPRO and many players esp. in Bangalore.
Tech Mahindra fakes experience of joining engineers for ex. 2 years will be made 5 years , they bribe client as well for fat billing. Client bribing is highest by Tech Mahindra they offer client managers with flats and cars in lieu of dozen billings.
Tamils discriminate not only north but also other south Indians, they recruit only tamils, imagine 4 Tamils interviewing one tamil prospective in Bangalore that too in Tamil . SInce Tamil heads verticals they recruit and entertain only tamilians. Tech Mahindra follows corrupt practices with clients and offer substandard services at high price.
Many managers of Tech Mahindra get desperate associates and demand money from them for job, this is highly prevalent in IES, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
