Agreed with other postings. TechM is a good employer as long as we are in a billable Project. The moment a person comes on bench (Nicely termed CWTP) , he encounters a night mare. They have good platform to identify company wide requirements and RMG is responsive also.
But the catch is that there is no pressure on existing old Delivery managers to hire people with similar skills and re-train them on new skill. Hence all the old delivery managers easily play safe and tell that they did not get resources.
On once side they are loosing projects dues to lack of resources and on the other side resources are laid off, solely due to lack of pressure on delivery managers to re-train existing employees.
Also beware of baniya turned Techno IDU heads like JJ.
