Tech Mahindra a dangerious company for Indian Common Job seekers.
Company name changed from SATYAM to Mahindra Satyam - Tech Mahindra
But, this company now involve in human scam now.
Everybody aware of SATYAM Scam in the nation.
Same company now growing with Tech Mahindra Logo
But,today I will focus another scam at this Tech Mahindra
This kind of companies are really dangerous for national growth.
Because they are playing with youth with job offers.
Although I see many complaints from previous employees. Anyhow I got email and I replied to their email
asking to conduct telephonic interview. And they contacted me. Took rounds on call. And called me for TECH MAHINDRA Bahadurpally office. Which is located outskirts of Hyderabad. In the shivering sun I attended Tech Mahindra Interview which scheduled at 2:30 PM
During interview process my round started after a hour. Even though there are merely 15 candidates available.
Again next round after 1 hours. And after this they keep all the job seekers waiting. for hours without any kind of PAIN for humanity.
Then called for VERSANT round of interview. Again one person comes and ask me another person will take this round. So, all him.
Like this they called me to desk and called back again.
I asked what is the issue, they said, some technical issue with ID. And they took my operational round of interview.
But, for Versant round kept me waiting for hours. Like this whole day completed and after 9 PM, one person asked me and another person, we can leave now. Because there is some technical issue and we will call you back in 1-2 days.
Before us, they also sent back another 5-6 people. Those helpless guys very angry at HR unprofessionals Tech Mahindra
But, what can we do. WE are here in this land where no values for humanity. Nobody bothers for human rights. Nobody serious about employment. On the other hand selected few rich are getting richers day by day.
And poor getting poor. Doing suicides but, concern departments holding powers relaxing.
Our PM travel all over the world and says "India is the country of youth and best labor available for the world"
But, in our nation itself. Fraudulent companies like Tech Mahindra playing ugly games.
NOT only Tech Mahindra there are other lot of companies constantly playing with skilled job seekers. They are selecting candidates as per their personal choice. And filtering other candidates.
= So ask discussed above, they already took my rounds on phone.
Again they called me.
They took interview rounds. Which may take only 30-40 minutes.
UNNECESSARILY holding job seekers for whole day. That too they send us back after 9 PM.
Remote area. NO transport facility available.
Totally inhumane fellows.
I can challenge Tech Mahindra CEO C.P. Gurnani give me an opportunity to work as HR Head I will show him, how inhumanity can be removed from your policies.
Taking interview for already experienced person on phone is enough. But, even after that calling for interview.
Harassing them.
And on the other hand total HR department just moving from here to there. Acting like they are working.
If I were HR manager, during that time I would have selected 200 candidates.
It is said that, Human can understand human. And that is called Humanity. Here over confidence inhumane policies at big BPO and other big companies in India. This will make India poor.poorer and hunger nation.
Having employment in just few people NEVER make our nation to grow.
Government should ban this kind of companies and take over this kind of companies. And people who face harassment should be given opportunity to sue company heads and can demand Rs.2 crores as compensation.
Until and unless this kind of rules take place. Companies like Tech Mahindra continuously plays with national employment.
They have money, they are giving bribes, they are getting more opportunities, they are growing. But, if common Indians are not developing. India cannot grow at all.
That is why whole western nations see us as poorest nation.
At worst companies like Tech Mahindra HR and higher staff simply play and harass others. And on the actual work area. There is lot of work pressure to the employees at operations. At the same time they have to do multi task. Work day and night. That effect their health and company making billions out of their hard work.
One employee at operations given work of 5 employees. Whereas at HR department 20 professional do time pass and do one professional job.
Here no question of skilled workers. There are millions of skilled workers but, they get disappointment with this kind of companies and hesitate to go further. Making nation a poorer nation.
