Drink Beer

Beer is in fact better than drinking tea or coffee.

  • Coffee/Tea contains caffeine and other harmful substances. Beer is 86%-90% water, rest of it is harmless ethyl alcohol.

  • Coffee/Tea keeps you awake. Beer helps you sleep. Why do you want to keep awake when the climate's so bad? Drink a bottle and go to sound sleep. Wanna keep awake? Watch a'R' rated movie instead. That should keep you alert and awake. Better than drinking coffee/tea, ain't it?

  • Drinking too much Coffee/Tea can cause serious problems. You can drink beer as much as your bladder can tolerate. Feeling full? Take a leak and go for couple more refills.

  • Beer has been declared a health drink in Karnataka(when Bangarappa was the CM). Coffee/Tea are not. It's a miracle cure for people with bladder problems.

  • Beer increases human productivity. Before you drop your morning pints, let me clarify. Highest per capita consumption of beer takes place in Bangalore, silicon valley of India. Beer powers creativity in international-level companies like Infosys, Wipro or TCS. Most of the software design gets done over toilet papers after the Chief Technical Architect has guzzled a bottle or four. Be it software behemoths or call-centers, modern economy derives it's strength from the frothy drink. Beer empowers.

  • According to Govt. of Karnataka, drinking beer keeps youngsters away from getting addicted to hard liquor like Whiskey, Rum or Toddy. Coffee and Tea don't.

  • Beer bars provide more employment in Bombay than Cafes & tea shops. DJs, bar girls, dancers, bouncers and so on.

  • Beer helps to grow a healthy belly. A well-grown belly is considered a sign of health and wealth in China(probably means people have to be rich to afford a glass there!). It's also a sign of wisdom and enlightenment. Who hasn't seen the Chinese Buddha, who smiles contently, rubbing his beer belly?

  • I'm a little like Karnataka's ex-chief minister J. H. Patel. While Wine and Women happened to be his weaknesses; Beer, babes and brigade road happen to be my strengths.

Chalo, have written enough on yet another useless discussion. Refill your pints and excuse me while I take a leak.{Burps}
