I found this to be completely true for my dull, thin, limp hair. It doesn't leave the waxy build up like other shampoos do, that require a harsh shampoo or a trip to the hairdresser to take off the overload that eventually weights the hair down as other thickening hair products do. I color my hair and Te TAO doesn't dull the color or strip it. Actually it makes my hair shine.
The products are made from Chinese herbs such as lotus tea and sweet almond extract. The scents are very mild but refreshing, almost mysterious. The price is very, very affordable. Don't worry about the smaller size bottles as it doesn't take much for each shampoo and conditioning. The containers, they come in are quite attractive and a pleasing addition to the bath or shower.
