Fraud Company, Bogus Propaganda, Pathetic Service. Review on Taxico

Hi friends,

I have had a disgusting experience with this company. I was on a vacation with wife and Kids and my last stop was Chandigarh. from Chandigarh I had to reach New Delhi the next morning. I Had to catch 9 am Train From New Delhi(H Nizamuddin) Station to Nashik. I therefore Called Taxico as they promoted themselves on Google on the First Position. I called them at 5 Pm One Day earlier. They confirmed my booking by sending a Booking Number. They assured me that an sms mentioning the car number and driver details would be sent in a couple of hours. They also assured that the car would reach my address in Chandigarh at 2 AM sharp. All this was efficiently conveyed to me by some sweet talking representative on the call center number 011 - 63646364. But, this was the end of Sweetness and rest is a Horror Story. I did not receive an sms as promised by Taxico mentioning the Driver and Cab details till 6 pm. I therefore called up Taxico to reconfirm regarding the booking. I was again assured by someone called Anurag that My booking was confirmed as I had received the booking id. They said that the driver would call me up within 1 hour. No one called neither was I given any number of the car or driver. at 9 pm I again called up the call center and was told that the driver will contact me. They were very Aggressive this time and told me that they were professionals and surely the cab will arrive at the promised time. I waited and waited and waited. Finally at 11 pm I decided to call the call center once again. From 11p.m.  to 11.45 p.m. the phone was not answered. I repeatedly called the call center number but no one responded. I was aghast. It was 11.45 and no communication from Driver neither any sms from the company. I was clueless and Extremely worried as Managing another Cab at that hour would be Difficult. I was lost. I almost made 50 calls to the Call center but they did not respond.

It was bad, really bad. At 11.48 PM, I received an sms from TAXICO stating that they were sorry as no cabs were available. The sms shamelessly also asked me to contact them and give them an opportunity to serve me in Future. These Idiots did not even bother to call and inform the same. How Unethical, unprofessional @$#0le$ they are. They Wanted me to manage a Cab on my own at Midnight in a Unknown City. I then had to call up at least 10 Numbers from the internet search to finally find a Innova and that too at Triple the Cost. I could not have afforded to miss my Confirmed Booking for a Long distance Train From Delhi in Peak Season. Hence had to pay that amount to the Cab that I Got at Midnight.

I am not going to spare this company. 100% I will sue them for the inconvenience caused, harassment caused and monetary Losses inflicted. They should be taught a lesson. Friends, TAXICO is 100% Fraud, Cheat and  Unprofessional Company. Never ever call them or Try their Services you will ask for trouble if you do so. They will sc your Happiness in a Royal Way.
