Don't book any taxi with Taxiforsure. The drivers do not respond. Your travel will fail as you miss your train or flight. It's not once or twice. I had a miserable experience with this taxi service. Better rename the service as taxifornotsure.
My bookings ref nos. TFS-PP-C6265009 on 14th December 2014 at Hyderabad, TFS-PP-C189954447 dated 27th May 2014 at Pune, TFS-AT-C30513037 dated 5.9.2015 at Chennai were cancelled for just not answered by the driver, neither driver responded by Taxiforsure. When I complained about not turning up of driver Taxiforsure call center executive just said sorry. Yesterday at Chennai I would have missed my flight to Pune if by brother in-law has failed to made an alternative arrangement to drop me at Airport. Most irresponsible. unbearable.I never recommend Taxiforsure.
