It is the worst cab service in Kolkata. Most of the drivers are ill-behaved. Sometimes I wonder what kind of drivers they recruit who have no hesitation in refusing the business! Moreover, they seem to have absolutely no control on them.
We have the option to book a taxiforsure cab over OLA. Most of the times they cancel booking just like that. If you call customer care people for any assistance, they will not guide you at all. Complaints are never been entertained by them. Strict Action should be taken against them in no time.
