I had last month taken ride by booking this cab through website. website displays Rs6/Km fare. Distance which I had to travel was around 10.5kms. Surprising the bill given to me was 220 when asked driver about this, he was rude and told its wait time. now from my side there was no wait time Infact I was ready 5 mins prior to cab reporting time and has boarded the cab.
As per cab driver they say they have altered their meters to keep increasing the fare whenever cab stops at traffic signals. But even if cab has to wait for 2 mins at traffic signal how can you justify the fare of Rs 220 which is thrice of what they have mentioned on their site of Rs6/KM. taxiforsure is definitely fooling its customers. there is no such thing like 6 Rs/KM. they are infact charging Rs20/KM.
Customers are sure to become chxxxx
this company should change their name to chxxxxforsure.
