I tried to book the taxi 2 times for drop to airport and these people sent the car late both the time. first they don't have any help line in kolkata and I had to call delhi and bombay to speak on my matter.
The people were not able to help me out and asked for some time. luckily I took another local cab and went to the airport to catch my flight. even after an hour they were unable to give me the solution and ultimately they said that they won't be able to provide me a car at my desired location as they don't have an booking there.
Both the time same incident happened. once my brother tried to book and the cancelled the booking just minutes prior to the schedule time and gave the reason car not available in the area. ow can a person be dependent on them if this is the type of service they are providing? If you want to suffer and only book through taxiforsure.
