I booked q cab yesterday from maniktala in kolkata at 8: 30 clock .The cab came at my place and I enter to the cab and told him about my drop point he suddenly told me to that we have no service at dunlop at that time I try to contact with customer care then he told me please gate out from my car and do what ever u want.
Please take some action or your company reputation will be gone with in a year.
I contact with customer care immediately but I did not get any proper solution.He just told me to book another cab .
