Taxiforsure is an amazing platform that allow us to book our taxis in form of short tour as well as long tour, cares all about our comfort and necessities. I never before known about it as accidentally my friend took its name in stead of OLA, and thus I decided at least to take its service to gain experience about it. Here I provide a review on it in order to know about its pros and cons.
Actually many times I need taxis for my travel purposes either it is to my office or any long tour. After listening from my friends about taxiforsure, I at first ensure that it is available at my location and my doorsteps. That time it was available in 52 cities. I read a no. of reviews from its customers where a no. of issues found. But without taking its service personally I don't have any right to decide whether it us bad or good. It also provide options to book taxis via phonecalls, mobile apps and through websites. But it would quite preferable as mobile apps. Its mobile app was quite sensitive and provided a no. of choices to choose our favourite taxis. Its payment system through app is quite secure thus no need of bargain conflict with cab drivers. But most important to choose it because of its promotional offers and referral programs. Thus I decided to choose it.
I have very good one time experience with it. It was my first opportunity to take advantage of its service while I was looking for a taxi to my office. It was also nice situation that I could take a short time experience and if the experience would have been bad then it would not hurt me very much. Anyway I just opened its app and searching for availability of taxi for that location then choose a taxi of my choice. I had not any problems regarding booking of taxis because I deducted money from my taxiforsure account which was preloaded. Within few moments I got confirmation from its staffs and within 15min a taxi was arrived to us and invited me to sit in. The behaviour of driver was quite well and appreciation of requests as well. From my observation I felt that he was a newbie of this portal and don't have enough knowledge about taxiforsure. Ultimately I had reached to my destination within 30min with all comforts.
My sincere observations noticed some merits about it were;
( 1) the speed of response of customers requests are quite impressive
( 2) very good customer services
( 3) taxis are easily and with standard costs available
( 4) payment secure is quite safe but a no. of issues faced by other customers
( 5) the behavior of all associated staffs along with drivers is very polite and they are completely dedicated towards their service
( 6) provides promotional and attractive offers from time to time to motivate its customers
From my point of view it is quiet a tough competitor of ola cabs and others. It is to be preffered than others only for its customers satisfactory services.
Overall I recommend everyone to use its services both for short travel and long tour. It has really very good customer services as well as physical conditions of taxis. It can be suitable for everyone at every moments. So never look for a taxi on roadside just open your mobile. Since then take care and have a nice day.
