I booked a taxi from TFS mobile app from home to office. On debarking I got double charged. I got an sms saying pay Rs. 58 to the Driver and then same has been deducted from my PAYTM wallet.
Later when I tried to reach tfs team for this issue, I got no response.They are responding to the other queries posted from other emails but to this they stay mum.This is very discouraging as it shows their intent of cheating and not listening to consumer.
If monetary system of a company is faulty, what kind of honesty they can guarantee. I hope they will fix this bug or else we must spread this word across internet community. Also for the same distance uber charges 15% more than comparable service such as Uber etc.
