Taxi for sure is one of the most pathetic and worst ever services in Delhi and NCR.
I have tried at-least 9 times and missed my flight 2wice as well as missed my train at-least 3 times.
They never turn up on time and worst is that they never inform you on time so you can arrange some alternate for you.
Now worst of all today the post booking the driver denied the service and after persuasion he switched off the application and never turned up, really really pathetic services by them.
Call center is amazingly pathetic as do not have any command so they can’t help.
If you are using Taxi for sure services, I am sure you are only adventure lover because now I believe that they cann not serve properly.
Despite of confirmation you cannot be sure that you will get the services.Even tax which we had used are not in good condition and seems the staff is also not very good.Beware about their services.
