Their app can be downloaded from the play store, it's not very big in size so gets downloaded quickly. Also the app looks beautiful when you open it, the app neve force closes, is smooth.
You can select the car, see their pricing, set the time of the cab from within the app.
Upon booking a cab, I got a confirmation email, and the driver called me and said that he will be coming in 10 mins to pick me up. They are very punctual, never late. The driver was polite to talk to and also looked a trained driver.
Their charges are pretty low as compared to other cab providers.
I was a first time user, so I also got a 100rs discount. Apart from cabs, they also autos at no extra cost.
