Can't be Sure with Taxi for Sure
This company has the worst possible service and customer care. I booked a cab with them and the result was that I ended up not attending an event with my family.
I booked a cab for 7 PM in the evening, for which I duly received a confirmation message from them. Mostly the cab companies send the driver details some time before the journey. When I failed to receive any calls/ messages even at 7 PM, I tried calling their customer care number.
Then started my harrowing experience of trying to talk to their customer care and get a cab. Not only was their no signs of any cab, but I ended up spending the cab fare amount on my phone bill, trying to connect with their pathetic customer care service.
The phones keep ringing with no answer, after trying for 30 to 40 times when my phone was answered, I got through to one executive, to whom I asked why was my cab not there yet, he put me on hold and promptly the call got dropped.
This cycle went on continuously. Every time my phone was answered only if I rang incessantly quite a number of times, and then the executive on line would say he is sorry, and can I please hold while he checks, and the call will get dropped. I somehow managed to talk to a floor manager named Kuldeep Srivastava, who was also of no help at all.
Mr Kuldeep Srivastave heard the problem, it was already beyond 8 PM by then, in place of saying that he will arrange for a cab to be there instantly, he also said that he will look into the problem.
These people don't even care that the customer has booked a cab because he / she needs to be somewhere and that it is important to them. The customer has not booked a cab just for fun, to try and take a whimsical ride around the town. And so Taxi for sure cant just choose very casually not to honour their service call.
At around 8 30 I received another message saying a cab has been booked for 8 30 pick up, which also did not turn up!
Mr Kuldeep Srivastava, kept trying to duck out of the problem by telling me simply that he was sorry, when I told him that I was tired of trying to call them and having my call dropped, he said he will arrange for a call back surely with solution.
There was no solution, no call back and certainly no cab. When I tried calling back again, and could get through to another executive after 15 min of calling, I was told Mr Kuldeep Srivastava has gone for dinner.
I gave up my efforts after that as I was tired of trying to call these guys, and also had failed to get any other cab at such short notice. We had to cancel our plan as we were helpless. I rued not having my car with me at that time, (that was the reason I had booked a cab, right? so that I can get to my destination)
It is my strong advice that if you decide to book a cab with Taxi for Sure, please book another cab at the same time if you really want to go somewhere. Because these guys are running a joke factory to harass people and not a cab service.
