The cab driver did not receive calls, and later I got the message from taxiforsure that I did not respond hence trip is cancelled. This is wrong and taxiforsure should take some strict measure for it. The cab driver received call once, asked the address, and said that he will be there in 5 mins and he vanished. He was not receiving calls from any number.Even my friends had similar experiences.
