Most horrible cab service. Review on TaxiForSure

I had booked a cab from Airport to Bank Colony via J.P. Nagar as I had to drop my sister at J.P. Nagar. Booking Id: C-2175561. Car Registration Number: KA 01 AB 7540. Shockingly the car did not have any Number Plate. I was told the total charges would be 650/-. But the driver said that he has been informed only about Bank Colony and not J.P. Nagar. When I called the customer care, they informed me that I will have to pay Rs. 100/- for J.P. Nagar route. After reaching J.P. Nagar when I dropped my sister and was taking her luggage to the Main Gate, the driver tried to run away with my luggage. I anyhow managed to get into the car before he could escape. After going about 200 metres, the driver started to threaten me and asked me to get out of the car. He told me to collect my luggage from his home.

When I spoke to the manager of Taxi For Sure regarding this, the driver apologised to the manager. The Manager told me that he would drop me at Bank Colony and I agreed to pay him totally 700/-. But the driver took me to J.P. Nagar, 7th Phase and asked me to take an auto from there to Bank Colony. Since one of my friends had been waiting for me for over an hour at Bank Colony, I thought it would be wiser to not argue with the driver anymore and I took an auto from there to Bank Colony after paying the charges to the Cab driver. I had never seen such a driver in my entire life and would strongly recommend all never to use this cab service. Even the customer support team is of no use and always seemed helpless.
