Ever I had heard TAVAA, a sophisticated restaurants especially for Chinese cuisines from my friends. I thought it was a tough competitor of restaurants like NOMNOM and other in respective of delivering food quality, assured customers service, ambience etc.Before going to this restaurant I had already visited NOMNO, Bandra and I was very impressed towards its services and for the same I decided to take a clear experience on another day while I came to know its perspectives from my friends.
Near about two months before I and my friends decided to spend pur leisure time by having our favourite foods and to enjoy our moments at TAVAA in form of small kitty party.It was quite daytime with hot temperate atmosphere when we entered into our destination. Its silent and cool atmosphere provides a lot relief at instance. Later we took our proposed seats and waiting to order.The most irritation arises when we were waited near about 30mins for the items to be ordered.We were very hungry and for this mistreatment we got very angry.
Then after ordering our recipes we tried to be pleased by the internal atmosphere of the restaurant. The restaurant is designed very well with well painted walls and floors.Arrangement of soft music system also somehow release our stress over irritation of hot-weather and late receipt of orders.The behavior and appreciation style of waiter was also quite impressive and noticeable matter.
After sometime we had received our orders with very hot and hygienic conditions. We had actually ordered 3 Mutton Sandwich, 2 chicken tika and the name of other two items I don't know. They were looked very tasty and their smell was also quite fabulous but actually when we start eating we came to about its characteristics. They had no speciality, their were just like ordinary chicken and mutton dishes available at road side pushing carts.Overall food quality was very very poor and they were served to us beyond our expectations. Later we take pur beverage and finished our worst experience.Finally we had paid about 1300rs for these least tasty items and return back.
Pros and cons-
( 1) It is well located, welly designed and all cares taken for external appearance.
( 2) Order receiving speed is quite poor.
( 3) The cuisines do not have any speciality in respective of taste, deliciousness etc.
( 4) Price was quite high in comparison to food quality
( 5) The inner space were not enough to take our foodies with the utmost comfort because 30-40 people can make over-crowded within it.
I must have suggest that they should give priority to customer service rather external appearance. They should more dedicated towards their service in the area of taste and quality of dishes, fast order receiving and delivering etc. This restaurants till can not be an ideal one to spend your valuable times and taste your foods.
Ultimately I don't recommend to go to this restaurants as a no. of severe issues found and yet to be resolved. I also request to add your reviews if you have certain experience for that we are more aware about the facts about it.Have a good day.
