We saw an offer and purchased two tITAN Watches.
We made the payment and tried to avail 15% additional discount for ICIC Credit card.
But as was with HDFC system instructed to proceed without discount.
Hence made the payment and also recived confirmation SMS on the product delivery on 4th August.
Transaction was completed
Today afternoon I receive SMS . stating the order is out of stock.
I thought its one SMS later another.
So after paying they are denying the transition stating on refund .
This is fraud and cheeting on customer on account of discount and misconduct.
I want the products on the same cost and those are now available on higher cost.
If we try to buy it states its out of stock, but both the purchases were successful.
This is fraud company and I want the product not the refund.
