We all know about the big Giants of Indian and foreign eCommerce like Amazon, Paytm, Flipkart, snapdeal, Myntra, Jabond, eBAY and a lot more. Actually the reason behind this is ADVERTISEMENT. These websites are very popular because of advertisement in TV AD or Newspapers. Tata Cliq is also a very good website but not very famous. It provides discount on some products but not on all.
The design of TATA CLIQ website is very simple and lacks graphics which is responsible for attracting customers. I recently tried this website and bought branded shoes. I had an option of getting them at same price from flipkart but I chose TATA CLIQ just to ensure the genuineness of Website and Product. The product I received was Original and the CUSTOMER SUPPORT was not well. Mt order was not shipped for 2-3 days so I contacted CUSTOMER CARE and they solved my query.
