I ordered LG TV from Tata Cliq and got a good deal. But let me tell you, if you don’t receive your product or product is getting delayed, you actually don’t have any mechanism that will help you finding the reason. The call centre executive girls are pathetic and will first make you wait for almost 10 minutes before they pick up the call and then they will give you same information which is available on their website. There is no concept of ‘actual Customer care’ at customer care centre even. Don’t know when will my TV get delivered as it’s already 2 days delayed. I am in Pathankot, I can see product is in Pathankot in online Tata CLiQ app but she says it will be delivered by another three days. Pathankot is such a small city, you can go from anywhere to anywhere in 30 minutes. Why will it take 3 days to deliver the product? She doesn’t have any reason and then says our backhand team has put this time. I asked to call her backhand team and inform them to deliver it today. She says she can’t reach them. She can note a complaint and it will be solved in next 6 working days. Wow!! Tatacliq, god save you and your online business. I just pray that my TV reaches me intact, because if there is going to be return, I am sure I will go mad following up these useless guys. This is my first and last order with tatacliq. I am really angry on myself that just for 1000 bucks why did I leave amazon who would have deliver it 3 days before and installed by now also. My number is 9820619650.
