Here I want to share my bad experience of this site.
There is an offer that if we buy from this site and make payment through HDFC bank credit/debit card then you will get 5% instant discount. I have ordered 2 LG inverter ACs Order #101867418 from this site and made payment through HDFC credit card, they deducted payment from my credit card and after 30 minutes they canceled my order. after I have tried to order again but no any discount for me because they told I already availed this offer benefit whereas my order is canceled due to their problem on the server.
Also, my balance was deducted from my account and got a refund after 7 days.
When I have complained about it but no any response received from them. I have called more than 20 times about avail offer benefit but nobody responding about this. they offered e 5% gift coupon which has a validity of 1 month only that means I have to purchase another product from this site within 1 month to avail benefit.
I called more than 25 times to date and also mailed more than 10 times till date for the resolution of this problem.
Also, they have special training that they will not answer your question, they just repeat their same answer for all of your questions. they will hear your question but the answer would be same for all your questions.
They always telling this offer is public but not available for me. I think I am not in public.
They are providing me reference number all the time I am calling for resolution but no any solution till date to avail this offer benefit.

They are just giving me reference number but when I call and ask for a solution for this reference number, they always told this offer is not available for me.
Also, note the same problem happened with my friend.
So I have concluded that tatacliq.com is giving only fake offers. once you order and avail this offer then they will cancel your order and after 5-6 days they will refund your money such as me.
I recommend don't buy any product from this site.
