My friend bought this car previous week from Kamal & company, Jaipur.
We booked this car in June and the company delivered it in August, I have no idea why this delay just happened, reason given by the dealer was that there is a big advance booking for this car and I had no idea why they said that because I have never seen a single Tata Tiago Except my friend's in the roads of Jaipur. So maybe the issue of delivery was something else but now my friend have it so we gonna talk about our every single experience we have it with this car.
Now my friend bought a Petrol variant XM Model it comes with 1200 CC with an average of 20-22 KMPL.
Now my driving experience with this car was not that good, the engine is little noisy which we are not expect from a petrol car and in comparison to others cars in this segment like Grand i10, Eon etc. its more noisy.
Gearbox is quite smooth but the power of the engine when drive it on the 3rd gear or 2nd gear is not upto mark, car start shaking for gear down which like in other cars not happened.
I owned a Honda amaze which is also a 1200 CC Car and this thing never happened in amaze or in any other car in this segment.
Space is very Average, Sound system was not given by the company in XM model which is a negative point for youth specially. Dashboard is ok and speedo meter comes with LED light which looks good.
The best thing of this Car is its Average which TATA promises in Every single car in its pool.
so Overall I can say that before making up mind for this car think twice and its an Indian Car so comparing it with Japanese and German cars is unacceptable specially in price.
I conclude by saying that TATA has to go a long way to compete with the Big Brands with TATA Tiago.
