I have been using Tata Teleservices for more than 18 months now and I have a 30 GB per month package which runs to 1700 Rupees per month. During Jan 2014 I have been having many issues with connectivity and constant down time. I have opened many complaints regarding the same. While this is going on I have a new issue with them. I received a monthly bill for Rs.8500 for Jan 2014.
They are stating that I have used 37 GB of data during this month.I have hardly used 2 GB for the whole month and I have a software that keeps track of my Upload/Download. Tata Tele services is cheating customers with bad business policies. Their usage calculating is nothing but cheating. Also, I have a 30 GB plan for 1599 and how can they allow excess of 30 GB? Why did n't they stop my account after 30 GB usage? Also, I see they have a credit limit set on my account to Rs.4700 and why did they even exceed that limit? I am not sure how they have arrived at that credit limit. I have asked all these questions to Tata tele services customer care and no one answered so far.
