I bought Swach on Jan 2011 after my RO broke down, I have heard a lot about the latest tech used in this product and wanted to try the same, I had already tried Pureit and wanted something new. This product is targetted towards urban lower-middle class and rural people and aims to provide pure water without electricity and any plumber settings. But actually it will become another show piece in your house and cause of headache.
No matter how much they claim about the Nano technology used in the Bulb - its nothing but cheap burnt ash type black mixture used to purifier water - I had break opened it. Compared to other purifier like PureIt this one has only one level filtering and that also chokes down after running for 1-2 weeks. There is chance of leakage from top chamber to lower chamber and that itself speak volumes about the'purity' of water in lower part.
There is no way to open the'Bulb' and clean it, there is no customer care, no dealer support - no one will help you to get the most basic thing from this product - pure water.
This product is surely doomed for failure and thats guranteed.
Better go for Pureit, its already tried and tested.
