I have taken Tata Sky HD connection on 31 May 2016. I have had worst customer service experience with TATA sky. They simply do not understand your issue.
They promise you HD access fees waived OFF if buy yearly subscription pack. But option for same is not available on their website. When you contact customer care they insist option is available, when you ask them to specify the location they say website does not open on their system.
If you email them your query they again ask you your query on phone saying that they have received only your contact details and query reference.
Unprofessional work from TATA Sky.such shame for TATA brand.
