I had lot of problems with TATA SKY service and set top box, the installation is not properly done and is being done by inexperienced people. Due to which the set top box stops working after some time or will hang and will not respond to remote. In worst case you will get no signal at all.
In case you call TATASKY they will charge you Rs.125 and will deduct it from your online account without even notifying you, for rectifying the problem due to shoddy installation done by their engineers. Even though they have mentioned 12 months warranty for installation but they will charge you Rs125 for every visit.
The company cheats you every possible way it can. You will be at their mercy all the time. You will have to spend half of your time calling them and rest paying them Rs125 for every visit they make to correct mistakes created by their own engineers.
