Dishtv is complete fraud service provider.They will call you for new connection as well as for upgrade for older connection. False information will be provided. Once they suck money from you. Their job is done. Nobody will listen to you.
I got a call for upgrade for my dishtv sd to HD box. Customer executive told me that there are two offers, 599 and 799.
There is no difference in 599 and 799. Only difference is number of HD channels. 799 will have more HD channels.
You will be provided 4 hardware including mono block receiver.
I opted for 599 plan as we dont want extra HD channels.When they setup the connection, monoblock receiver was not provided.
When I asked for monoblock receiver, technician told me that you need to give 350Rs extra. I was amazed to hear that. He told
me if you had opted for 799, you could have got it. Why the hell these bunch of frauds did not tell me earlier the same thing? They
just need to make fool their customers.There was problem in picture quality, I asked the technician. He told me that you need mono
block. Without that you will not get good quality. If that is the case, why these theives are selling HD set up box without mono block
if they know you will not get clarity?I was told that monoblock is required to have more channels and it doesnt affect picture quality.
But technician is telling something else.
I had around 400 rs in account and CC executive told me that it will be carry forwarded in next month as in your upgrade you will
get everything free for one month.But later these thieves denied and told me that you need to pay for that base pack.
First of all I did not want to have HD set up box. But they forced me to take it. Later they did not give me mono block receiver.
On top of that, they did not carry forward my money.
Pathetic service from distv. I used tata sky but they did not cheat me like this. I am moving back to tata sky now.
If you guys want new connection, beaware from distv.
