Tata sky tv customer care is worst, my set box is not working since 2 weeks, have called them multiple times, first of all you need to wait for 20 or 25 mins to speak to the executive on phone. then if your call is received by them they will speak same words every time.
Will commit to get your problem resolved on priority but nothing will happen. I think they have got too many customers so unable to deliver the proper care, their service has not been expanded & improved accordingly.better to choose some other DTH service.
