A true story. Review on Tata Sky vs Airtel Digital TV - Which is better

Airtel digital TV is all fake, they are hardly concerned about their Customers,

I did not find even a single advantage of using it.

I got airtel Digital connection while buying a lcd tv 2 years back, I wanted to share my 2 years journey from there on. Initially I bought an economy sports pack which was the costliest channel pack among its segment that costed me around Rs 300 PM.

Within first 3 months I had to call their technician twice as it lost the connection every now and then. They charge you  Rs100 for each technician's visit which is the worst part, so now Total cost sums up to around RS 400 per month + lot of time waste with customer care, after 2nd visit by technician it worked fine for another 6 months, but right after 6 months it again got sick and started giving trouble, any bad weather conditions, earth quake,  or what ever it is.  the 1st one to loose its signal will be airtel.

Now, for last 3 months I have been using Cable tv, and I was far more contended with connectivity, though I had to sacrifice a bit  on picture quality. but since we had to again switch back to set up box, I ordered my Cable operator to provide me a their local set up box which matches the quality that airtel digital tv was providing earlier. As a matter of fact, the airtel digital TV people are only and only concerned about making profits, and not about their customers, If you are planning to buy a connection, better go for any XYZ connection but not airtel digital TV, else U'll end up bearing the pain just like me for their pathetic services.
