The first problem with tata sky is that it shuts down at the drop of a hat, even if a little strong wind blows it shuts down, on an average it shuts down almost twice a month.
Then its customer care is horrible. You keep calling and no one listens. Once a customer care guy slammed the phone while i was talking. Last time it took them 3 days to attend to my complaint and imagine, i lived for three days without tv!
This time it has been four days already. I am just sick and tired of tata sky and i am gonna throw their set top boxes away soon and opt for some other dth provider.
I recommend it to no one, please do not go for tata sky.
