I have using Tatasky for the last 5 years but still must warn the new subscribers not to fall prey to their service. Their after self service is just by name and there is nothing one can do if anything goes wrong. The people are arrogant to say the least.
Another important aspect is that they keep on increasing the rentals without adding any new service for the existing customers. Further, sometimes they will take out channel without any notice. They are such cheats!
I am however sure that their arrogance will make them suffer once other good quality DTH comes into the market. We are all just waiting for that day.
