I have been using tata sky for more than 4 years. Faced many issues. There is frequent disconnection. If it rains for 30 mins, signal doesn't work for 3 days. When you call the customer care, they ask for technician visit which will cost 200 INR. How many times should I pay to them when there is frequent disconnection. They simply tell us that the issue is with the dish/box. One customer care lady told it is because of air(hawa). What kind of equipment they provide if it doesn't work when there is wind.
