Here I am writing this with so much that about Airtel DTH customer care I have ever seen this wrost customber care. they never turn up when you need them. I am trying to call them for the past one month and till now they havent come. They will give you reasons and will never send a persons home. Shouting at them is not good. They are used to it and their tone also will never change. Airtel should look at how the business is happening across the country to keep its customer in its circle. In the current world we have more operators who wana give their best in case of customer care and responce - Tata Sky is best customer support and highest rated cable operator. Please dont go for Airtel.
