Airtel DTH Service centre and Customer care have worst service. From 30 days they have not any solution of my DVR Dth box problem(having Cust id 3004761064). Airtel Having very worst service for this reason I am changing to TATA Sky. But Airtel Executives are not shameful. All they are stubborn.
Mr Manoj Patiala(Airtel Service Head) daily said they will solve my problem. But after he have lame excuses. Same with Shiva Electronics Sunam(Airtel DTH Service Centre Head).
So I Advise kindly do not purchase Airtel DTH . Specially DVR.
