I am very loyal customer to Tata Sky since it's inception in 2004 till date.
These days customer grievances / services has become bad to worse(Could be effect of cost saving measures at wrong area). Online voice support, which is the prime face to customer. Help desk / call center ppls are so rude, either they wont pick up the call or keep you on engage tone to infinite time or drop the call suddenly. I still wonder how Tata sky uses this a method of training purposes.
I don't suspect the integrity of muffing the data(As I my self had worked with Tata group for almost 7 years). I just wonder how such things get the place. As the days are passed and competition is increasing, Tata Sky need to more focused and customer oriented and look the measures to improve the efficiency not by compromising on such things.
Sometime I feel that I might be wrong on my faith in them now.
I have recently shifted my flat within same building(only floor). Despite of having a centralized DTH dish in our building it's almost 6th day and no response from Customer care / help desk.
I was suggested to reach Mr. Harit Nagpal(harit.nagpal@tatasky.com) to report and escalate the issue. His assistant Ms. Irene can also be reached on 022-66133252(try your luck) if she picks up the call.
Such a traumatic experience makes customer headless and to think what next(option).
I hope someone from tata is keeping a tab to curb unpleasesant situation that might lead to big dent in customer shift to another service provider.
