As we know everyone uses this tata salt.But it's not good for our health and life.As more we consume this salt as much it's danger.Better to go with tata lite salt, it's good and much safe.
Consumption of more salt can also lead to high blood pressure.More iodised present, which is really bad for human health and lead later on to danger problems.
Freinds I will suggest to cook food without salt or use Black salt or Rock salt, because its much safer as iodised salt.You can read all benefits of rock and black salt in wikipedia.
