My Experience Owning a Safari Dicor VX . Review on Tata Safari DiCOR

I bought Safari Dicor VX on 22 September 2006 and the vehicle was delivered on a horrible state. By seeing and inspecting the vehicle the vehicle looked horrible and looked like a very old one. It had a thick layer of dust deposited on the interior as well as exterior. Food leftovers and broken spares + small sand stones were lying inside the vehicle as if the vehicle is an old used one. The leather upholstery was very dirty as if it was used for long before delivered to me. The vehicle has and continues to have so many small issues un attended. In last 1 Month the vehicle has gone 3 times to service center for some or other work. Though the sales man from concord was a nice guy but the service and quality department were really pathetic to handle such a new vehicle. There was no quality check for the vehicle and after getting services for 3 times in last one moth there is still multiple problems unattended. Vehicle makes noise from inside, outside like a tractor. To avid listening this noise while driving, I have to put the music on high volume. The dealer shows no interest on resolving this issue. We pay such a large sum to buy a quality vehicle & I personally feel that this is the biggest mistake of my life to go for such an horrible vehicle. As a whole for me I can say that this is the worst decision I have taken in my life to go with Safari Dicor. I feel completely cheated by Tata and Concord motor. Rest all the readers are intelligent enough to take right decision.
