I bought the Tata Safari GX 4x4 in the month of July this Year. The vehicle is very good but the service provided by the Tata Dealers is 100% old style (Not at all costomer friendly) . The service centers are very poor in the NCR and non of the centre is equiooed with modern facility and original spare parts. Without good service I dont feel any vehicle can satisfy the long run requirments.
Tata Should improove the quality of there service centers as per the other compotitors in the field and should arrange all spare parts in the Authrised Service centers. and should trained the staff with there all vehicles. My over all opinion is that the vehicle is not a suitable vehicle for the luxory segment and is a good vehicle for the price tag of maximum Rs. 8 lacks. If we compare the vehicle for more than Rs 10 laks frame the other vehicles are far better in providing service and other facilities. Ashish
