I have been using Tata Sky from last one year. After five months was not getting signal for the same had compliant to customer care even calling multiple time stating that not getting signal. Then after several follow ups their service engineer had visited and repair the stuff. We do not know know what he has done. But We are able to watch the TV.
Latter they did not inform me the charge for the above mentioned problem and after five months they are asking Rs 200.00 for used that service. For this I have been escalating at customer care and they have been saying every time someone will call you like that. But still I did not get a single phone call from Tata sky. Due to this I am not able to watch any program from this DTH.
I would not suggest to go for TATA SKY to any of my friends and relatives. I don't expect this kind of service from big such company like a TATA. This is a pathetic service from TATA Sky.
I am strongly thinking to go for other service provender which are available out side.
