I recently called twice to raise my grievances:
They increased package rates and their answer is you have to pay this much and we do increase as we have added more channels. I said I don't want these, they say we can't help in this. You will have to pay increased price or their solution is opt for lower package.
I am facing weak signal for last 2 weeks, they say its sun outage for for last 15-20 days so you are receiving bad signal. We don't know when it will get resolved. Then I ask to transfer to senior, after waiting for 5 minutes(call in transfer) I had to disconnect.
These ppl know that Set-top box is something which ppl don't keep on changing, so they do whatever they feel like. I strongly recommend not to go for this product.
Normally TATA companies are considered very ethical and customer friendly, but TATA SKY is ruthless and arrogant.
