Before paying full years subscription of my friend on 25th March, 2021, he confirmed with TaTa Sky customer care that free up gradation of set top box to Tata Sky Binge+ is available to him.
Now that payment of Rs. 10, 800/- was made, customer care kept on promising that new set top box will be delivered.
Refund was asked by my friend, since new box was not delivered. Tata Sky declined & have retained full amount.
In short on pretext of free up gradation, Tata Sky extracted full years subscription.
There was no use complaining to their Nodal Officer since as per him there is noting wrong done from their end.
For those who read this review, don't fall prey to free up gradation of set top box.
