Very poor quality of service for past one month. Review on Tata Play

For, the past one month I was able to view many channels, like paras, disha, epic, many movie channels, business channels( a pack of four channels which I have subscribed extra to normal pack).

I called there customer care, a month ago, the auto reply was that if due to signal failure, you are not able to view the program then press some button for there customer associate to call back for the first time the customer called back, and assured that the problem would be rectified, but the problem till date was not rectified, later after few weeks again I called back with the same option but no one called back, I tried for few more times, but there customer care is not at all calling back you need to wait for many minutes but there customer care is always busy, don't know how pathetic service they are offering to there customers,

from today on words I am not able to view any Chanel two times I tried calling there service associate waited for around 15 minutes for one time and 3-4 minutes for other but there service associates are always busy, through online chat I tried to reach there customer service associates

At the time of purchase I choose to purchase it over dish tv or videocon though they were having less monthly rental more chhanel but because of tata brand I choosed tata sky and was really satisfied and  happy but for past one month very pathetic service if dth portability would have been there I would have exited it.
