I got the Tata sky service a week 10 days back. The installer charged me 600 bucks extra! The firs TV has intermittent service and doesn't start the service on 2nd TV!. Later, one more guy shows up and informs us that the Dish is bad and needs to be replaced. Gets replaced after 2 days! Later, I get debited 100 bucks! I was told it was a mistake And will be rolled back, . It's been 5 days and nothing has happened! I called again and they say it was some activation!. The customer service call center is pathetic. I have spent about 2 hrs on the phone in last 2 weeks. DISGUSTING!
