@TataSky Last month I ordered #remote they delivered on next day& charged 200?, within 2 weeks it was not functioning properly, so I raised a complaint, the #customerservice saying it won't cover under #warranty& they not Ready to do tech service for that remote.
They Saying that v broken that remote thatsy not working like that, I said u guys provided refurbished product to the customer but they r not agreeing for that. They r thinking once v subscribed their network v should depend on what they provide& charge. Very worst customer service provided by #tatasky. They keeping their customer's on queue and disconnecting the call. Don't have responsible to provide good service.
