I have been stuck with Tatasky for the last 3 years and my experience has been a mixed one. The first year was nightmarish. Too many issues with the common dish in the society and extremely poor service. Then I finally went for a personal dish. The next year after that was without any issue. Now in the third year, the signal problems have started once again.
The Tatasky call Center it seems is tasked with ensuring that a service engineer is dispatched so that they can make money with every visit. This is even when the problem could have been resolved on the phone. On multiple instances, their service engineers took 24 to 36 hours despite to turn up committing a much earlier time. Their technical service department does not talk to the customer service department. You will end up getting multiple calls to check how your experience had been even before the issue has been addressed. It is absolutely pathetic and frustrating.
These guys have soiled the name of TATAs. Really sad.
