Too long waiting time for de-installation and reinstallation, when you shift your house. Don't ever pay even a penny in cash to the agent who visits your house. I paid them 200 as de-installation charge and 200 for re-installation.
But they did not credit the amounts towards the service costs. 400 is now automatically debited from my account. Later now after 4 months, a guy from tata sky came to our apartment for Installation in some other flat.
He stole the my dual channel LNB and replaced it with single channel LNB which he again stole from my neighbour. CROOKS! .Gachibowli Service Folks at Hyderabad forTata Sky.
