Hello everyone, Beaware of taking new tata sky connection. They will not provide you proper services. Before paying for connection they will say that you will get your kit installed within 24 hour but you will not get any thing till four day even if you will lodge complain my complain no was (1-17256836605). After four their executive came to install connection they said you need to recharge RS 200 to activate your connection. I asked why? he said extra wire used.
I asked for rs 200 how much wire you can give. Executive replied that wire up to 40 meter you need to pay this. Then I asked him to give me 40 meter wire since I am paying for the same. He said no only that much wire wiill be given to how much required to install connection. Then I requested to deduct charge he said this is not in our policy. It means when I will relocate and I will need more then they will charge again. This is the methode how they make money from their own customer. Also with supreme sports packs there is no ten sports package. Alll the above information for tata sky new customer who are planning to take connection. My customer id: 1093481743. But as you told that the 30ms of cable was sufficient for the installation, hence we regret that we will be unable to give you extra cable for your purpose.
